Careers at Pukka
We’ve come a long way since the Pukka journey began in 2001 yet our mission remains the same: To inspire people to lead a more conscious life, through the incredible power of plants. Our ongoing journey is driven by our exceptional team of skilled and passionate people striving every day to make our mission a reality.
More than just a job
At Pukka we do things differently. We aim to enable our team to live a more conscious life. One where you will flourish, that will nurture your best qualities and bring your true authentic self to your work and career.
What you'll get out of it
There are plenty of perks to being part of the Pukka family – our free nourish lunches being a big one. Putting the usual benefits aside, we truly believe if you plant people in an environment they like, and support their nourishment, they will flourish and thrive. We continuously work hard to achieve this for our team.

Our Story
Our heartfelt desire has always been to create a healthier, happier world by connecting people to the incredible power of organic herbs. Here at Pukka, our culture is founded on four ancient Auyrvedic principles we call Wisdom Seeds - truth, respect, purity and effort. As we grow, these values help us stay true to the purpose on which our business was founded. We hope you feel inspired to discover more about opportunities to join us on our incredible journey.
By nurturing mutually benevolent relationships with farmers, sourcing partners, our Lipton Teas & Infusions colleagues, Pukka people and of course consumers, we strive to build a sustainable future for all.

Healthy mind
We invest in our people year-round and ensure they have the opportunities to thrive.
Save the planet
Pukka champions a more sustainable and fairer world.
Work/life balance
From Pukka socials and away days, flexible working, mindfulness courses, yoga and more, our vision and mission is our priority.
Help others
We want to give back - to local communities, to our famers and growers, to the planet. Volunteering is just one of the ways we make a difference.
We are a Halo workplace
Our workplace champions the right of employees to embrace all Afro-hairstyles. We acknowledge that Afro-textured hair is an important part of our Black employees’ racial, ethnic, cultural, and religious identities, and requires specific styling for hair health and maintenance. In this workplace, we recognise and celebrate our colleagues’ identities. We are a community built on an ethos of equality and respect where hair texture and style have no bearing on an employees’ ability to succeed. For more information visit the Halo Collective website.
Supporting LGBTQIA+
We would like to express our support and show our love for the LGBTQIA+ community. In a world where not everyone is accepted we are proud to scream and shout that ALL are welcome here at Pukka Herbs.
