Info for the doshas: Vata and Kapha types can soak the nuts overnight to help make them more digestible. Kapha types are advised to sweeten only with honey as this is the best type of sweetener for them.
8 tablespoons of oats
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
300ml of plant based milk - we prefer oat milk
3 Three ginger tea bags
Cinnamon and ginger powder to taste
A handful of pecans
Honey or maple syrup to taste
